Museo de Bellas Artes de Valencia is an art gallery which houses precious paintings dating from the 14th-20th centuries of famous artists as Diego Velázquez, El Greco, Goya, Joaquín Sorolla.

It houses as well an interesting collection of contemporary art with works from the Middle Ages to the early 20th century and has an important archaeological collection with Iberian, Roman and Islamic pieces.

The College of St. Pius V, currently home of the Museum of Fine Arts was founded by Archbishop John Thomas Rocabertí and was built in the 17th century.

It is one of the most important pictorial museums in Spain, and has a pleasant environment with beautiful architecture and free entrance.
